GPIFが採用する6つのESG指数すべての構成銘柄に選定

株式会社LIXIL（以下、LIXIL）は、GPIF （年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人）が採用している国内株式を対象とする全てのESG指数の構成銘柄に選定されました。

2023年7月時点において、GPIFが採用している国内株式を対象とするESG指数は以下の6つです。

FTSE Blossom Japan Index¹
世界的なインデックスプロバイダーである英国のFTSE Russellによって設計され、ESG（環境・社会・ガバナンス）について優れた対応を行っている日本企業を組み入れた株価指数。LIXILは6年連続で構成銘柄に選定されている。

FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index¹
日本企業におけるESG分野の取り組みと低炭素社会への移行の促進を目的として、FTSE Russellが2022年に新設した株価指数。当社は2年連続で構成銘柄に選定されている。

MSCIジャパンESGセレクト・リーダーズ指数²
世界的なESGリサーチ・指数のプロバイダーである米国のMSCI Inc.が開発し、ESG評価に優れた企業を選定し、構築されている。当社は2022年より構成銘柄に選定されている。

MSCI日本株女性活躍指数（WIN）²
MSCI Inc.が、従業員のジェンダー多様性を推進・維持することで人材不足に対するリスクを低減し、持続可能な成長が見込める企業を構成銘柄として選定。当社は6年連続で構成銘柄に選定されている。

S&P / JPXカーボン・エフィシエント指数
S&Pダウ・ジョーンズ・インデックス社と日本取引所グループが共同で開発したESG指数。TOPIX構成銘柄を対象に、炭素効率性（売上収益当たり炭素排出量）の水準や環境情報の開示状況に優れた企業を選定している。LIXILは6年連続で構成銘柄に組み入れられている。

Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index³
確立されたジェンダー・ダイバーシティ・ポリシーが企業文化として浸透している企業、および、ジェンダーに関係なく従業員に対し平等な機会を約束している企業に重点をおいた指数であり、2023年よりGPIFがESG指数に採用。スコア順に5段階に分類されており、当社は最高位のGroup 1に位置している。

GPIFが採用する上記のESG指数に加えて、LIXILは国際的なESG指数であるDow Jones Sustainability Indices⁴ 「DJSI World」に4年連続、「DJSI Asia Pacific」に6年連続、FTSE4Good Index Series⁵には7年連続で選定されています。ESG格付評価においても、MSCI ESG Ratingにおいて最上位「AAA」（2023年2月時点）を獲得するなど、当社のインパクト戦略にもとづくESGの取り組みは高い評価を獲得しています。
